I figured out a good way to hardwire the audio from the Uniden SDS100 so I don’t have to record the scanner with a mic anymore and it syncs well with my camera so the audio quality will be much better for these tests now. ?
I’ve really enjoyed the ProComm Spider base antenna with the sds100, it’s worked amazing with Airbands and local ham frequencies I listen too.
If your going for digital only, the Remtronix 820s is still the best that I’ve tested so far. I have a couple more antennas to test with digital and conventional frequencies so stay tuned.
